What we look for

You’ll need to have obtained at least 300 UCAS points from your top three A-Levels (or equivalent) and have evidence of previous work experience and involvement in extra-curricular activities.

If you pass our initial application and online testing, you’ll have a telephone interview where we’ll be looking for the same behaviours that we look for in all of our Future Leaders.
